1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or using any service provided by Drive Spa by True Shine SD ("Drive Spa," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Drive Spa is operated by True Shine SD, based in San Diego, California.
2. Services
Drive Spa provides mobile interior vehicle reset and detailing services delivered to the client's location within our active service routes in San Diego County. All services are performed by licensed, insured technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings are confirmed via phone, text, or our online booking system. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement to the services selected and applicable pricing. We reserve specific appointment windows and ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or reschedule request.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is listed on our website and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected service tier. All prices are in USD. Payment is due upon completion of service and is accepted via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or cash unless otherwise arranged. Promotional pricing is valid for the dates specified and is subject to change without notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate vehicle information and a safe, accessible service location. You are responsible for removing any personal valuables from the vehicle prior to service. Drive Spa is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during or after service.
6. Vehicle Condition and Liability
Drive Spa will take reasonable care of your vehicle during service. In the unlikely event of damage directly caused by our technicians, please notify us within 24 hours. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, wear, or damage discovered during service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
7. Satisfaction and Disputes
Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds but may offer a complimentary re-service at our discretion. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with California law in San Diego County.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Drive Spa website — including text, images, branding, and design — is the property of True Shine SD and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
